Ada Ijibike has more than 4-year experience in the field of HRM, she is
highly skilled in manpower planning, recruitment, developing performance
management systems, developing employee welfare programs, identifying
training needs and conducting trainings, employee grievance handling,
developing, and implementing disciplinary policies, conducting exit
interview and final settlement of employees. With good communication
and interpersonal skills, she has a sound knowledge of multi discipline
human resource, project management and outstanding problem-solving
skills.
She is currently the Human Resource Manager in ALEBS.
